Income

Creators may view the detailed income amount, records, and transaction data in Wallet on the left navigation column.

The selling price set in the Publish will be the price sold to the users, and creators will have 84% share of the price, where 6% share of the price will be the platform operation fee and 10% share of the price will be used for promotion, i.e. reward to users who share your prompt to others and led to successful purchase.

*The percentage is adjustable, and some creators are willing provide all the share to promotion.

Income Status

• Creators are notified when a user requests a refund for their product or service.

• Under Wallet > Record, the Status will show the process of the user's refund request with the following types: Pending, Refund, Received.

  • Records within 7 days are marked as ""Pending""

  • When a user requests a refund, it changes to ""Refund""

  • After 7 days, it changes to ""Received,"" and it is able to be withdrawn.

Balance Deduction

Income amount is considered as part of the balance, which allows the creators to spend on the iSiri platform. Creators may use this to purchase other useful content or chat calling LLMs.

Remember, the deduction sequence of balance is "Gift Credit">>"Top Up">>"Income."

Income spent on iSiri would NOT generate transaction fee, but withdraning to bank would.

Withdrawn

Creators will be able to withdraw the income after 7-days of the purchase (past the refund period).

• Creators need to use Stripe to process the cash flow for safety and security.

• If you click Wallet > Withdraw to card, you will be re-directed to Stripe to withdraw your earnings from iSiri to your Stripe account.

• If you do not have a Stripe account, you will be re-directed to Stripe account registration. You may need to wait a few hours till Stripe processes all your information including background, address, bank account. Once your account is approved by Stripe, you may go back to iSiri and click > Withdraw to card to continue the process.

• Once your Stripe account receives the requested withdrawn amount, it may take one to two days for you to be able to move that amount to your credit card or online accounts.

• Third-party cashing-out fee is paid by the withdrawn users themselves, and it varies from payment methods and region of the transaction
