Account Cancellation Terms
Special Notice: Canceling your account is an irreversible action. Aside from any information you have authorized us to provide to third parties, once your account is canceled, you will no longer be able to use the iSiri unified account or retrieve any content or information you have created, input, viewed, followed, added, or linked (even if you re-register and use this product with the same phone number).
The iSiri account service ("Unified Account Service") refers to the service provided by IDEASALIVE INC. through multiple closely connected associated version products using a unified account service. These associated versions include various IDEASALIVE INC. products. To ensure a consistent service experience and enable interconnectivity between associated versions, these versions use iSiri's unified account service to jointly collect and process your account information (e.g., nickname and ID). Your registration and login will also serve as a general identifier using the unified account service, allowing you to seamlessly log in, use associated version products, and access related services.
A unified account is your credential created in accordance with the user agreement of iSiri's associated version products that lets you log in and use these products and services as a registered user.
Please ensure that the unified account you apply to cancel was created by you per the "User Agreement" and is provided to you by us. You should follow our prescribed procedures or website instructions to cancel the aforementioned account.
You should back up all account-related information and data yourself and confirm that all services associated with this account have been properly dealt with before canceling your account. After cancellation, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations).
We sincerely regret your decision to cancel your account. If you still wish to proceed with account cancellation, your account must meet the following conditions:
Account in a safe state:
The account is in normal use, having passed the platform security check with no signs of being stolen, violated, or at risk of being banned.
If there have been any actions such as binding a phone, changing a bound phone number, changing a password, or recovering a password within the last 30 days, you must first undergo identity verification.
Account properties settled, transactions completed:
All assets, expected returns, and rights associated with the account's business have been settled, refunded, emptied, or voluntarily relinquished.
All transactions under the account have been completed or voluntarily relinquished.
Payment accounts bound to the account have been canceled (if any).
Account permissions released: The account has been unlinked from and unbound from other product authorizations.
No disputes on account: There are no unfinished and/or disputed services through this account or via third-party products accessed through this account. The account has no unresolved disputes including complaints, reports, infringement disputes, etc.
If you use an account opened on a third party to log in to this product, this product is only your authorized login channel, and you should cancel your account through that third-party platform.
After canceling this account, you will not be able to log in or use this account including but not limited to:
You will not be able to log in or use this account in associated versions and third-party services.
You will not be able to recover any content or information you have viewed, followed, added, or bound.
You will not be able to retrieve any content or information related to or stored in this account, including your account's profile and history (including information within the account and operational information), as well as chat records.
You will not be able to retrieve any service information from third parties used after using, authorizing, or binding your account.
During the account cancellation period, if your account is involved in a dispute including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitration, investigations by national authorities, etc., you agree that the platform has the right to decide at its discretion whether to terminate the account cancellation without further consent from you.
Canceling this account does not exempt or mitigate the account’s actions and related responsibilities before cancellation.
