Balance & its components

To find balance & detailed billing records, click the profile picture on bottom left corner, and select My Account > Bill.

Balance represents the amount of money you may spend on the iSiri platform. Balance is made up by:

1. "Gift Credit": New registered users will receive this reward from the platform, but only available for chatting and not for purchasing prompts in Discover.

2. "Top Up": Users need to charge their own account balance if wish to purchase or continue chatting after using all the gift credits.

3. "Income": creators will earn money from selling the content or making valid promotion record.

The deduction sequence of balance is "Gift Credit">>"Top Up">>"Income"

Top Up

iSiri is cooperating with Stripe to process this charging for safety and security. Users may charge via credit card, Google Pay, or other online payment (including Alipay/WeChat).

*Minimum reimbursement amount is $10.00 per transaction.

You may Top Up and reimburse the balance by clicking "+" on the bottom of the left navigation list:

Or you may go to My Account > Bill > Top Up.

Notice

If you regret or are not satisfied with the platform's service, you may request a refund from My Account > Bill > Withdraw.
