iSiri Service Agreement

Welcome to iSiri! We are excited to provide you with our advanced AI platform and services ("Services"). Please carefully review the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"), which constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and iSiri ("Company," "We," or "Us"). By accessing and using the iSiri platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use our Services.

1. Definitions

1.1 "iSiri Services" refers to all applications, features, and products made available by the Company via the iSiri platform.

1.2 "User Content" means any information, data, or content submitted, uploaded, or generated by Users through the Services, including, without limitation, prompts, interactions, and applications built with iSiri.

1.3 "Account Information" refers to the details provided by Users to create their iSiri account, such as usernames, passwords, and contact information.

1.4 "Third-Party Services" means any service or software provided by a third party that interoperates with the iSiri platform.

1.5 "Developer Controlled Data" means any personal data provided by Users that is processed by iSiri on the User's documented instructions, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

2. License to Use Services

2.1 Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the iSiri Services for lawful purposes.

2.2 You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of iSiri Services, and not to use the platform for any unlawful or harmful activities.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 You may not use the Services for any purpose that is fraudulent, illegal, or that infringes on the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.

3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data provided to iSiri complies with applicable data protection laws, and that you have obtained all necessary consents from data subjects.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to the iSiri platform and Services, including without limitation all software, data, and technology therein, remain the exclusive property of the Company.

4.2 User Content remains your property. By submitting User Content through iSiri Services, you grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Certain features of the iSiri platform may require payment of fees. Fees are outlined in the iSiri pricing plan and are subject to change with prior notice to You.

5.2 Unless otherwise specified, all payments after 7 days from the transaction date are non-refundable.

5.3 For creators to share their content on iSiri, you agree to the Licensing and Payment Services Agreement once clike the Publish button.

6. Data Privacy

6.1 Your privacy is important to Us. We collect, use, and disclose personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

6.2 By using the iSiri Services, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.3 iSiri shall only process Developer Controlled Data in accordance with User instructions and applicable data protection laws, including implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of such data.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 iSiri may contain links to and integrate with Third-Party Services. The use of such Third-Party Services is governed by their respective terms and conditions, and We assume no responsibility or liability for their content or use.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease.

8.2 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.

8.3 Your side of termination has to follow the iSiri's Account Cancellation Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1 The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We make no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the iSiri platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your City, State], unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
