Terms of Use
These supplemental terms of use ("Terms") apply to the iSiri platform experience ("Platform Experience") and any other AI-driven generative experiences ("Online Services") provided on or through iSiri. These Online Services are designed to delight, inspire, and enhance human creativity. By using any Online Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Usage Requirements
Your use of the Online Services is governed by these Terms (this "Agreement"), the iSiri Service Agreement, and any specific terms for related tools Your use of the Online Services is also subject to the iSiri Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information related to your use of the Online Services. Unauthenticated users may have restricted access to the Platform Experience. iSiri reserves the right to determine user eligibility for access to Online Services.
The services provided by IDEASALIVE Inc. are not available in the People's Republic of China or the Hong Kong region. Users attempting to access our platform from these locations will not be able to use our services. Please refer to supported regions listed on the official suppliers homepages: Anthropics, OpenAI, X.ai, and Google.
Using the Online Services
The Conversational Experience allows you to submit inputs and purchased content ("Prompts") and engage with AI-driven responses, sometimes generating text content ("Creations"). Use of the Online Services must comply with the Online Services Code of Conduct ("Code of Conduct"). By using the Online Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these Terms and the Code of Conduct. Your use of the Online Services and any Creations must meet the following requirements: (i) be lawful and comply with all applicable laws; (ii) comply with this Agreement, the Code of Conduct, and any additional iSiri Online Service documents; and (iii) not infringe or attempt to infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate our rights or the rights of any other individual or entity (including but not limited to means, purpose, and methods of generating content). Due to the nature of Online Services, Creations generated for different users may vary, and the Online Services may generate similar outputs for iSiri or other users. Other users may also ask similar questions and receive similar, different, or identical responses. Online Services may involve both automated and manual (human) data processing. You must not input or upload any data that you do not wish to be reviewed. You may stop using the Online Services at any time. If you do not wish to use the Online Services, you may choose not to access or use the Conversational Experience. If you wish to terminate your iSiri account, please refer to the iSiri Service Agreement.
Violations
If you severely or repeatedly violate the Code of Conduct, we may suspend any Online Services involved in the violation or all Online Services and other services (as defined in the iSiri Service Agreement). You may submit an appeal through Support email to challenge the suspension. We reserve the right to permanently suspend your use of the Online Services.
Suspension and Cancellation
In addition to Term 3, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate, at any time and for any reason, access to part or all of the Online Services or support for part or all of the Online Services for some or all customers, except as required by law. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to any Online Service at any time without notice for any reason, including (but not limited to): violation of this Agreement (including failure to follow the Code of Conduct), suspected involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities, or if your iSiri account has been suspended or closed by us or by you.
Content Ownership
iSiri does not claim ownership of any Prompts, Creations, customizations, instructions, or other content you provide to, submit through, or receive from the Online Services (including feedback and suggestions). However, by using the Online Services, publishing, uploading, or providing content, you grant iSiri, its affiliates, and third-party partners a license to use such content in connection with its business operations (including all iSiri services). This license includes the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat such content, as well as to sublicense these rights to any suppliers of the Online Services. Your use of the Online Services does not grant you ownership of any technology, intellectual property, or data underlying the Online Services. No compensation is due to any party for the use of your content. iSiri is not obligated to post or use any content you provide, and iSiri may remove any content at its discretion. You warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all rights necessary to provide, submit, upload, or input such content as described in these Terms.
No Warranties; No Representations; Your Indemnification
While we plan to continue developing and improving the Online Services, we do not warrant or promise the operation of the Online Services or their performance in a specific way. We may occasionally limit service speed, add, or remove features as needed. The Online Services are intended for entertainment purposes; they are not error-free, may not work as expected, and may generate inaccurate content. You should not rely on the Online Services for any kind of advice, and your use of Online Services is at your own risk. iSiri does not make any warranty or representation that any content generated by the Online Services will not infringe any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or defamation. You agree to use content in compliance with applicable laws and not to infringe on any third-party rights. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless iSiri, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Online Services (including subsequent use of any generated content) and any breach of this Agreement, the iSiri Service Agreement, the Code of Conduct, or applicable law.
Plugins
When using the Online Services, you may enable plugins to interact with other applications or websites. These plugins may be developed by third parties not affiliated with iSiri, and you are responsible for your interaction with these plugins. Unless otherwise specified, you must manually enable each plugin and can interact with only as many plugins as we determine permissible within the Online Services. Do not enable plugins unless you understand and trust the underlying application and have read the applicable terms and privacy policies. Using plugins may expose you to offensive, inappropriate, or objectionable content. iSiri reserves the right to review or remove plugins in the Online Services at its discretion. When you interact with enabled plugins, the Online Services will share relevant portions of your content and other necessary details (which may include some location data) with the plugins ("Plugin Data"). By enabling a plugin, you authorize us to send your Plugin Data to the relevant third party, which will handle the data according to its terms. Once Plugin Data is sent to a non-affiliated plugin, we are no longer responsible for it. The plugin processes your requests and returns information and content ("Plugin Output") through the Online Services. Information and content included in Plugin Output is not owned by you or iSiri and may be subject to the plugin's terms. If you reside in (or your business is headquartered in) the United States, please review the binding arbitration clause and class action waiver in the iSiri Service Agreement, which affects how disputes relating to this Agreement are resolved.
Code of Conduct
While the use of the Online Services is subject to the Code of Conduct in the iSiri Service Agreement, this document provides additional guidelines on how to apply the Code of Conduct within these Online Services. By using this Online Service, you agree to:
Not engage in harmful activities. You must not create or share content that may be used for harassment, bullying, abuse, threats, or intimidation of others, or that may harm individuals, organizations, or society.
Not engage in harmful activities towards the Online Services, including automated programs, scraping, technical attacks, excessive use, prompt manipulation, or any other abuse outside the platform.
Not engage in privacy-infringing activities. You must not attempt to create or share content that may infringe on others' privacy, including doxxing. You must not use the Online Services for facial recognition to collect or process sensitive personal data or for identity verification. You must not input photos or video/audio recordings taken without others' consent to process personal biometric or identifying information.
Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities. You must not attempt to create or share content that may mislead or deceive others, including the creation of false information, content fraud, or impersonation.
Not infringe on others' rights. You must not use the Online Services to violate others' legal rights, including intellectual property rights or publicity rights.
Not create or share inappropriate content or materials. iSiri does not allow the use of the Online Services to create or share adult content, violent or gory content, hate content, terrorism or violent extremism content, glorification of violence, child exploitation, or any other disturbing or offensive content.
Not engage in any illegal activities. Use of the Online Services must comply with applicable laws, and you must not encourage or promote illegal activities.
Content and Review
The Online Services may block Prompts, instructions, or uploaded content that violate the Code of Conduct, or may prevent the creation of content that leads to Code violations. Prompts or Creations that violate the Code may be removed. Abuse of the Online Services (e.g., repeated attempts to create prohibited content or other violations) may result in suspension, service restrictions, or removal of content. Users can report problematic content using the "Feedback" button or post in the forum. Access Restrictions and AppealsSevere or repeated violations of the Code of Conduct may result in service restrictions, removal of certain features of the Online Services, or, in severe cases, permanent deactivation. If you believe that your access to the AI-driven experience was restricted in error, you may request a reassessment of iSiri's decision to restrict access. To appeal such decisions, use the "Report Issue" form to provide reasons why you believe we made an incorrect decision. While we encourage the use of iSiri's AI-driven experiences, we reserve the right to ensure that such tools are not abused.
