Step 2. Associate the Knowledge Base
After creating the knowledge base and importing content, you can associate it with prompt, character or workflow to use it in responses.

To use the knowledge base in prompt and character:
Log in to the iSiri platform, and make sure the desired knowledge base has been created.
Go to the "Prompt Studio" page, create a new prompt or character by "+ Create" or select an existing prompt or character in "My work."
Enter the editing page, and add the desired knowledge base content by clicking "+ Add" in the knowledge base section.
