From users:
What are Large Language Models (LLMs), and how are they used on iSiri?
LLMs are advanced AI systems that understand and generate human-like text. On iSiri, you use the most updated LLMs for tasks such as chatting, brainstorming, content creation, or building prompts. Some of the models available include GPT-4o and Claude 3.5 Sonnet.
What LLM models are available on iSiri, and how do they differ?
iSiri provide the most advanced models from close-source companies: Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI, such as GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Claude 3 Opus, Gemini 1.5 Pro, and others. You may check the full list here. These models differ from the following aspects:
Model Size and Complexity: Larger models like GPT-4o and Claude 3 Opus are designed for complex tasks, providing detailed and nuanced responses. Smaller models, such as Claude 3 Haiku, are optimized for speed and efficiency, suitable for simpler tasks.
Maximum Output Tokens: This parameter indicates the maximum length of the generated response. Models with higher token limits can produce longer and more detailed outputs, beneficial for tasks requiring comprehensive information.
Use Cases: Each model is tailored for specific applications. For instance, GPT-4o is ideal for in-depth analysis, while Gemini 1.5 Flash is suited for tasks needing quick responses.
How can I switch between different AI models in my Workspace?
There are THREE ways where you may switch different AI models:
Method 1: iSiri selected three LLM models under the response message.
If you click the icon, your current request will be sent to the different model automatically.
Method 2: You may type '@' in the input box to select the model you wish to switch to.
Method 3: You can also use the control panel icon in the input box to modify the Model using in the workplace
To modify the LLM models shown in the control panel in the input box , click the Setting icon under the Model list:
, or go to General Settings > Reply > Model. This allows you to prioritize your favorite models during interactions.
Why do I have random responses from the model? Sometimes the response is correct and sometimes it is not.
The apparent randomness is because the model is, in effect, guessing based on probabilities. For similar questions, multiple different but plausible responses might have nearly equal probabilities of being correct, and that’s why you get different outcomes.
If you do not want random responses, you may try turning off Creative over the input box settings, using a more advacned model, or being more specific and clear in your question statement.
What is the "Gift Credit," and how can I use it?
New users receive $2 of Gift Credits, which can be used for chatting with LLMs or using free prompts.
If you wish to purchase prompts/characters, you need to top up your account and CANNOT use Gift Credit.
What is the difference between a "Prompt" and a "Character"?
A "Prompt" is task-oriented and used for generating high-quality text, while a "Character" is to interact with specific personas for chit-chat, including fictional characters, celebrities, or assistants (live-broadcasting is supported).
Can I use my own voice for Text-to-Speech interactions?
Not yet but coming soon, users will be able to upload their own voices for Text-to-Speech. iSiri plans to add more voices features later this year.
How can I add my own personal instructions to guide the AI responses?
You can add specific instructions in the "Reply Settings" to personalize the AI's response style, such as adding a "Dramatic" label to modify the model’s tone. See Settings for details.
Can I get a refund if I am unhappy with a purchased item?
Yes, a refund request can be made within 7 days of purchase for prompts, characters, and knowledge bases, but 3rd-party services like LLMs and TTS are nonrefundable.
You can track your balance, spending, and refund process in "My Account > Bill" section.
From creators & promoters:
What is the "Knowledge Base," and how does it improve my prompts?
The Knowledge Base allows you to upload external knowledge that can be used to retrieve information during a conversation. This helps prevent issues like hallucinations, improving the quality and accuracy of responses. You can learn more in Knowledge Base.
How do environment settings like Restriction impact my creation?
Restriction settings can prevent certain content types like adult or religious content from appearing. For example, the "BLOCK_NONE" function is currently only supported by Gemini models. View more details in Prompt Studio - Parameters.
How can I earn income on iSiri?
Creators earn money by selling content or promoting prompts, and they receive 84% of the sales revenue.
For promotors, you can share iSiri platform with others via Fast Link or the Promotion method, which offers 5-10% cashback on referred sales. You can also earn valid income on recommending new users to iSiri. Referring users gives you an 8% cashback on non-refundable spending for two years.
